• place the portrait in the background image
• apply a Layer Mask to the portrait at full res
• convert that to a Smart Object
• Edit > Free Transform to scale it and place it atop a background head
• on a new Layer beneath the SO remove parts of the original head that protrude with the Remove Tool, Clone Stamp Tool, …
• add a Clipping Masked Hue/Saturation Layer atop the SO to change the skin color (and add a Layer Mask to mask out eyes and teeth for example)

Please post the images in question.
If the perspectives roughly line up placing the human face as a Smart Object and masking and Adjustment Layers may suffice.

That’s one of the two (or more) images.
Is the image of the human also (relatively) frontal?

You can edit and improve the Layer Mask in the Smart Object if you should notice issues later on.
